These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tulumbeachtransportationlux.com and the private transportation and tour services provided by Tulum Beach Transportation ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services, you ("the client", "passenger") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide private, door-to-door ground transportation — including airport transfers and private tours — in Tulum, Cancún, the Riviera Maya and surrounding areas of México. All services are private to your party unless otherwise agreed.

2. Bookings & quotes

• A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing (WhatsApp, email or message).
• Quotes are based on the information you provide (route, date, passengers, luggage, flight details). Significant changes may affect the price.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers and contact information.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are fixed, all-inclusive rates confirmed before travel, with no hidden fees.
• We accept payment in USD and MXN; payment terms (cash on arrival or card) are confirmed at booking.
• Additional stops, waiting time beyond the agreed window, or itinerary changes requested on the day may incur extra charges, communicated in advance where possible.

4. Cancellations & changes

• To cancel or modify a booking, contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.
• Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are generally not charged; last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
• We may need to adjust or reassign vehicles and drivers for operational reasons while honoring your booking.

5. Flight tracking & delays

For airport transfers we monitor your flight and adjust pickup times for reasonable delays at no extra charge. You must provide a correct flight number. We are not responsible for missed connections or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, authorities).

6. Passenger responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
• Travel with valid documentation as required by law.
• Wear seatbelts and follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions.
• Request child or booster seats in advance if needed.

7. Luggage

Standard luggage is included. Please inform us in advance of oversized items (surfboards, golf clubs, wheelchairs, etc.) so we can assign a suitable vehicle. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle, but will make reasonable efforts to return them.

8. Conduct

For everyone's safety, we may refuse or end a service in cases of abusive, illegal or unsafe behavior, intoxication, or damage to the vehicle. The client is responsible for any damage caused by their party.

9. Liability

We provide our services with professional care and maintain licensed, insured vehicles. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

10. Tours & third parties

For tours, our service covers private transportation and driver. Entrance tickets, guides, activities and any third-party services are separate and subject to their own terms and availability.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Tulum Beach Transportation and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Quintana Roo, México.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
